Leanna spent over a decade as an executive leader at high-growth B2B SaaS companies, scaling teams from the ground up to successful exits, navigating acquisitions and mergers, and proving out a belief she's held her entire career: the company's success depends on the engagement of its employees, which depends on the strength of the leadership.

 

As a founding team member, she built a customer success organization that achieved best-in-class retention rates, including 95-97% gross revenue retention (GRR) and 105-120% net revenue retention (NRR), year after year. Not because the product sold itself, but because the team behind it was engaged, supported, and led with intention.

 

Now, as an ICF Professional Certified Coach and organizational consultant, Leanna brings that same philosophy to the leaders and organizations she works with. Her clients get more than advice.
