Step 1 is often where we spend the majority of our time for individuals who are currently employed. The majority of clients that come to Coach Leanna have successfully navigated job searches in the past and feel confident about doing it again once they know what they’re looking for; they may just want to focus on polishing up or getting some extra practice on some of the areas in step 2.

Step 2: Go get it

• Strategizing about the job search process and creating an action plan

• Resume/online presence review and critique

• Developing your professional brand

• Creating a networking strategy

• Translating past experiences into future opportunities

• Pre-interview prep and post-interview reflection

• Offer negotiation prep and strategizing

Note: the items outlined in step 2 above are if you decide you want to launch a job search. If you find that you want to go a different direction, such as launching your own business or taking a career sabbatical, step 2 would be focused more specifically on that transition.
